NEW YORK – November 8, 2017 – Bruderman Brothers is pleased to announce it has advised Sandy Hill Investors in its acquisition of a leading designer, manufacturer, and distributor of better apparel sold primarily in the mass market channel (the “Company”). Generating hundreds of millions in revenue, the Company has become a strong and important supplier to some of the world’s largest retailers. The Company’s experienced management team and scale have allowed it to significantly outperform within its industry.
